Deborah Maiorano is a school social worker and educational leader with over 15 years of experience supporting students and families across school and community settings. Her work is rooted in the belief that families deserve guidance that feels steady, thoughtful, and human—especially when navigating educational systems, emotional challenges, or periods of uncertainty.
Through Maiorano Mentorship, Deborah brings together her clinical training, leadership experience, and deep understanding of school environments to help families find clarity and direction. She holds a Master of Social Work, a Supervisor Certificate, and is currently pursuing Principal Certification, allowing her to support families with both professional insight and systems-level perspective.
Deborah’s background spans multiple school districts and healthcare settings, where she has worked closely with students, families, educators, and community partners. Her approach centers on listening first, building trust, and creating support plans that honor each family’s unique circumstances.
